As a full-time nurse and a full-time Mom who takes care of her family, I needed someone who can help me attain my goals and dreams for a better future.

I started out with very limited knowledge about insurance in the early 1980's and all that changed after I met Mr. Emmanuel Francisco. His thorough explanations delivered patiently with each question I asked, provided me with a better understanding about insurance and how they work according to my needs. That convinced me to secure my dreams in place with a purchase of not one but two Whole Life policies, two more towards retirement, a Whole life policy towards education, for my son and a Disability Insurance.

The Disability Insurance benefits came in handy when I suffered from sciatica for several months in 1995. Whereas, the cash value from my Whole Life policies were godsend during family emergencies and particularly, when I needed a down payment for our apartment in 1997.

I have witnessed the continuous growth in cash value, added insurance and dividends in my policies by merely paying the loan interest on each anniversary date, despite having accessed huge amounts of available cash value from all my policies. These days, I am thrilled to see my policies continue to grow fast even with the rapidly declining economy.

Despite all his career advancements, Mr.Francisco has continued to guide me towards finding solutions to my financial needs. My son is now in college at the school of his choice, and I have no qualms about it, even in the midst of our failing economy. For that, I have genuine appreciation and sincere gratitude for the caring, supportive, tireless professional assistance and guidance that Mr.Francisco has provided me all these years, so I can have my present “PEACE OF MIND”.

I was a nurse on a working visa when I arrived at Staten Island, New York in 1982. It was at one of the parties given to the new nurses at Seaview Hospital and Nursing Home that I met Mr. Emmanuel Francisco. Our chance meeting led to talks about benefits and insurance which later convinced me to acquire a Whole Life policy as well as Disability Policy.

Two years quickly passed, when suddenly, my life was put on hold. I had a catastrophic car accident on my way home from work. I spent six grueling months in the hospital not knowing what happened. And when I finally came around, I had to face another year of rehabilitation. After that dreadful accident and never ending hospitalization and rehabilitation, I was declared as having permanent disability by my Attending Physician and my lengthy medical records would prove it.

The Disability Insurance I purchased earlier turned out to be my lifesaver in the months and years to come. The benefits I receive cover the daily expenses incurred by my son and I, as well as rental fee for the apartment. As for my Whole Life policy, its waiver of premium rider keeps it in-forced to this date.

I would have been totally without financial means, if I have not been introduced to Mr. Francisco, and adopted his recommendations. Accidents happen. Dreams are fulfilled in numerous ways. The accident may have debilitated me, but I consider myself lucky to have these policies to see me through these rough times. I am forever indebted to Mr. Francisco, for opening my eyes to what insurance can do for me. I am his loyal client since our chance meeting in 1982. With Mr. Francisco, it is not about selling me a policy. It is about protecting me from disaster.

It was in the summer of 1990 when I met Mr. Emmanuel Francisco through a mutual friend, and soon I acquired a Life Insurance policy after some convincing.

As I approached the age of retirement, I debated on how to manage my accumulated retirement funds. I then, sought the opinions of several financial advisers but their recommendations made me uncomfortable to pursue each one of them.

Among these advisers was Mr. Francisco. I became very skeptical to let someone else manage my hard earned money and remained indecisive for a very long time. Finally, to alleviate my concerns, I asked the opinions of my friends who were also his clients. They revealed that Mr. Francisco is more than just a financial adviser to them. They claimed that he is a reliable lifeline who is there to help, educate and provide meaningful advice to his clients. Those reassuring statements gave me more confidence in Mr. Francisco and therefore, made me decide to entrust him with the care and management of my retirement funds and investment transactions.

The trust I placed on his knowledge and expertise led to a continuous gain in my investments, year after year, even when the Stock Market crashed. He meets with me twice a year to discuss the current conditions of my portfolio. He provides me with other options to ensure the financial safety net I already have in place. Among these options is the Long Term Care Insurance I acquired. This enables me to preserve my accumulated assets from being utilized as care provider fees.

With this, I am reassured to receive the same quality care in the sanctuary of my home instead of staying in the nursing home. I therefore, extend my profound gratitude and thanks to Mr. Francisco for allowing me to go on each day, quite certain that my financial stability as well as those of my loved ones have been well planned and secured.

When my husband and I arrived in America, we did not believe in life insurance. Then he passed away few years ago, leaving me without any life insurance. Soon after, I met Mr. Emmanuel Francisco, AKA, Noel, who is also a childhood friend/neighbor from the Philippines, whom I have not spoken to in almost fifty-five years. He took the initiative to talk about life insurance, which I blindly accepted the offer. When I purchased my life insurance, I was in perfect health. Few months later, during my routine health check-up, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I did not realize at that time that one of the major benefits of having this life insurance is the accelerated living benefit rider which Mr. Francisco explained to me in detail how I could benefit from it.

Knowing my benefits, I filed a claim to the claims department. The claim process was significantly detailed; requiring numerous medical documents but it was financially satisfying. After almost two months in waiting, I received a check representing the "full settlement of the claim". With this, I am very grateful. The money that I received helped me tremendously with my treatments, medication, and other tests required during the course of my treatments.

To you, Noel, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being patient with me in explaining and enlightening me on the benefits of having life insurance with American-Amicable Life insurance Company of Texas. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
I came to the United States in 1980 and my first job was a clerk in a small family owned business. Being new in the country, I always thought that insurance was a must-have tool to financial security. However, I trusted no one. In 1982, I got married and my husband decided that we should wisely invest some of our hard earned money.

We met Mr. Francisco during his first year as an insurance agent with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company. He assured us that if there were any questions about financial management he would try to help us. The first challenge we encountered was when we bought a piece of land in Florida. Back then, almost everyone we knew was talking about it as a good investment. Sure enough, when we discussed our contract with Mr. Francisco, he came and explained to us what we thought was the second smartest move we ever did as husband and wife, however, we learned that it was not a good venture. He helped me developed the “guts” to write to the president of the company and we were able to get a complete refund of our down payment even though we were past the 20 day limit to claim a refund.

True to his word regarding the benefits of our insurance, through the use of CASH VALUE, we were able to borrow cash from our policy. The check was in our hands when we needed financial assistance desperately. He was also instrumental in the management of my 87 year-old father-in-law’s Last Will and Testament. Through his experience, he was able to place things in its appropriate place respectively.

In June 2011, he was there for me when my company decided to close its doors to all the employees. At age 60 and with a laundry list of medical problems, he guided me through all the possible benefits I can avail so I can retire and manage my health financial needs in order.

My family is truly blessed to have Mr. Francisco as part of every financial decision we make. My husband and I will forever be grateful for his sincerity and kindness. He has extended his services to some of our friends who also needed guidance about retirement and other investments. Every time we talk, we are full of praise and thanksgiving for the man who made us all feel secure during times of uncertainty. Yes, “he is the man”!

I have known Mr. Francisco since 1986. For all those years, what he and his business have done for me and my family was simply amazing. I cannot imagine my life now without him around!

I immigrated to America in 1986 and I had no idea what the future had in stored for me. With no relatives around and only a handful of friends, I was living my life one day at a time. Then I met Mr. Francisco at the common kitchen where I used to work. Some of my friends advised me to never trust any insurance agents, period. However, this time was different. As I listened to him speak, something inside me told me to trust and listen to what he was saying about my future and finances. As I look back now, I could honestly say that if I followed what others believed about insurance agents in the past and ignored Mr. Francisco, my life now will be completely different and I would be financially struggling.

My life has been stricken by a number of health issues, you name it, I had them. Every surgery and illness means time off from work for months and sometimes even years. The worse one was in 2004, when I had stage 3 colorectal cancer. It was a major surgery and unfortunately it was not a successful one; I needed a permanent colostomy. The recovery was slow; there was extensive radiation and chemotherapy. The surgery was fine, however, the aftermath of the complications and treatments put my financial situation into near chaos. Body weakness and other multisystem medical problems continued and all my doctors advised me to apply for permanent disability since going back to work was not recommended. Depression had set in as I struggled through recovery – personally and financially. With two kids – 10 and 1 – all I relied on was my faith in God and the miracles that He will bring to us.

This testimony will prove to all who read this, that with all my troubles, Mr. Francisco has always been there for me and my family. He will always be there for support – no matter the time or day – he helped me to plan on how to stabilize my financial needs and what to do to set a definitive investment that will help my family survive the future if ever I will pass away. He also stabilized my financial needs based on my present situation now. When I met with my lawyer, he was also with me to assist with drafting my will so that it will benefit me and my family.

Today, I am still on permanent disability. It has been a number of years and Mr. Francisco is still here serving my family and me as an excellent and compassionate agent/advisor. To me, he is like a brother – who is always supportive to us; an advisor – who is smart and knowledgeable in his line of expertise; and most importantly, he is a good friend – who is always ready to listen and give his time and effort and who will always be here to guide us in our uncertainties and doubts. He is truly a God sent miracle to me and my family. Without his help and support, I will not be where I am standing now.

Having a loving, caring, supportive and most of all good provider like my husband Eddie, made my life with him and our kids an ideal one. The only blemish to my so-called ideal life was his unhealthy smoking habit where he smoked two packs of cigarettes daily.

My sister introduced my husband and I to Mr. Francisco after she acquired a life insurance policy through him. He gave us a very thorough explanation about the “what’s” and “how’s” of having insurance which enable us to have adequate knowledge and a better understanding of the product and therefore convinced us to purchase our own whole life policy with the company he was representing at the time.

We all know that smoking is bad for one’s health and that it can lead to lung cancer; unfortunately, with Eddie’s smoking habit, he was diagnosed with it and he passed away from it. His early passing left our hearts empty but the proceeds of Eddie’s life insurance helped ease the financial burden I would have faced as a single parent to our three children. I was able to send all three of them to the college of their choice without much apprehension. Two of them earned a degree in Nursing and one in Computer Science; at present, they are all successful in their chose careers. Mr. Francisco has helped paved the way towards a better future for us despite our family tragedy and to him we extend our most sincere gratitude.

I met Mr. Francisco in 1996 at my 1st job. He was very helpful and friendly at the same time. He made me felt as if I have known him for a long period of time. At that time, I purchased life insurance policy and annuity from him. Early on, I had a family emergency and I needed some cash. I was able to use the cash value in my policy for this purpose.

Another milestone in my life was when I was presented by Mr. Francisco a life insurance illustration that has a disability income rider. I took his offer in 2013. Three years later, I began to experience a low back pain. The pain increased as days went by which prompted me to have MRI per the advice of my attending doctor. Beginning September 2016, I could no longer perform my duties as stock/sales clerk. I filed for the State Disability benefit that lasted for only six (6) months. One day I contacted Mr. Francisco who became very much concerned about my condition. He told me that I can avail of my disability income benefit from my insurance policy. With his help, I filed a claim with the company. I submitted all the required documentation from my doctor and my employer as well. A little less than a month, I received my first check for payment of my disability including the waiver of premium. Being totally disabled, I was very grateful that I did what I believe was the best thing for myself and my family in the Philippines. I have an upcoming operation to be done in September 2017 at Capital Health. I am confident enough that with my continuing benefits from my life insurance policy, foremost and for all, I can survive the crisis in my life and together with God’s everlasting intercession I would be able to live a normal life. I am truly grateful to Mr. Francisco who have opened a door for me to face my disability with humble heart and dignity.

Nuel, as I have said before, let it be known to all that I cannot find the best adjectives to describe my deepest appreciation for the services that you have extended to me. I can never thank you enough for all the efforts, kindness and goodness you have done to me, my friend, from the beginning, since November 1985 to the present. When I was injured at work on February 24, 1996 and I had nobody to turn to, that I was too worried of my financial responsibilities, especially that I could not work, I called you for help due to the fact that, YOU LOVE AND CARE TO HELP! The disability benefits derived from the DI plan as well as the Waiver of premium from my Life policies was made available to me by Mass Mutual from that time on to the present. You didn’t abandon me like the rest of the freaking world, you were always available when financial problems surrounded me, for MANY, MANY YEARS UNTIL NOW! WELL, NUEL, YOU ARE MY SAVIOUR! What can I say? A BILLION THANKS TO YOU! HAVE MORE SUCCESS!
